Do Your Part! Veteran’s Day Drop-in Volunteer Day at Wakefield Estate 11/11

Is Veteran’s Day is a holiday for your school or business? If it is, consider giving back in honor of our veterans and “do your part” by participating in the Wakefield Estate’s "Drop-In Community Service Day" on Veteran's Day, November 11 from 12 noon-3:00 pm. We've got lots of work to do, ranging from trail maintenance, fall clean-up, and raking. If getting dirty isn't your thing, give us a call and we can surely find a task that will match your interests and our needs!

This fall, the Wakefield Estate has started to partner with corporations, churches, community groups, scout troops, families, and groups of friends interested in coming out for a few hours to help. In this way, our Volunteer Corps is growing, and beginning to have a real impact. If you would like to get more involved with the Wakefield Estate, you too can make a difference!
