Arbor Day Earth Celebration Friday, April 20th

The Wakefield Estate and the Milton Shade Tree Advisory Committee are again collaborating for our 2nd Arbor Day Earth Celebration on Friday, April 20th from 11 am-2 pm with a family-friendly program of activities. This event will have a “trees are great for the earth” emphasis, mashing Earth Day and Arbor Day with a fun range of activities including tree planting demo & raffle, “worm compost” session, Citizen Scientist tree phenology (observing) activities, earth art, animal visits, “BYOPicnic” and “worm sundae” making!  Please call 617-333-0924 to RSVP.
