High School Summer Archeologists Dig In!

This week, we kicked off the 2010 Summer Archaeology Institute with students from Boston and Norfolk. The students are working side by side with graduate archaeology students from Boston University and receiving instruction on archaeological methods through a hands-on dig experience. The goal of the project is to deepen our understanding of the site’s history and its occupants through the discovery of underground objects and resources.
