This month, we will again offer extra open hours on the Second Saturday and Sunday in October. These "second weekend" open hours have given families or small groups a chance to enjoy a visit with the Wakefield animals, take a stroll through the gardens or bring a DIY picnic to enjoy in a spot of their choice.

Because of the more elaborate Familyfest activities planned for the afternoon of the 9th, this month's open hours will be limited to 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. For more information, call 617-333-0924 x22.
