Wakefield Charitable Trust Calendar Of Events

Please join us for a fun, hands-on, kite-making and flying workshop led by Don McCasland, Program Director at the Blue Hills Observatory.  Starting at 1pm at the Wakefield Estate, participants will learn how to create a high quality Tyvek and fiberglass sled kite.  Following the workshop, participants are invited to carpool to the top of Blue Hill to visit the weather observatory and try out their new kite at the windiest spot around!  Price for the workshop (which includes all materials) is $10 per person or $25 per family (two kite limit per family).  Pre-registration is required as space is limited.  Call (617) 333 0924.
